  • Forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of campaigns on opportunity creation, pipeline, business cycles. produce regular reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate the success
  • Design and execute A/B testing experiments and multi-channel marketing campaigns – with and without a budget
  • Increase the impact of lead generation by analyzing performance across funnel stages and audience segments
  • Work together with our Customer Success team to bring our customers’ results to life through testimonials, press releases, case studies, and other initiatives that boost our credibility and reputation
  • Collaborates with business units, sales leadership, and functional marketing team members on strategy and resourcing
  • Present to Marketing leadership and build close collaboration with business partners to identify and prioritize activities
  • Managing relationships with external vendors or agencies that support campaign execution or website development
  • Maintain broad awareness of our competitive landscape and macro industry forces, adapting our positioning and messaging across all content channels accordingly
  • Work with design and content team members to create landing pages, blog posts, ad copy, email templates, presentations and collateral to support the Sales team
  • Building marketing stack (Hubspot,SFDC,Clearbit) for accurate program execution, including sourcing, attribution, nurturing, understanding lead scoring, conversions, and calculating ROI
  • Designing full-funnel digital advertising structure and optimize for every stage of the customer journey.Responsible for direct sourcing of sales pipeline

 

  • B2B marketing experience within a SaaS or technology company: ideally experienced in all growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing and content marketing
  • Familiarity with modern demand generation strategy, SaaS sales metrics, and SaaS sales cycles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • B2B marketing experience, including scaling at a growing organization
  • Process-driven; you can push projects forward internally and when working with partners
  • Excellent manager and people leader with a passion for growing individual contributors and managers
  • Demonstrated experience leading digital lead generation campaigns leveraging organic and paid channels to meet business goals
  • Track record of proven success meeting increasing lead and pipeline goals quarter over quarter
  • Experienced in the digital ecosystem, including how SEO, SEM, paid media, content, and sales work together
  • Data-driven; you can use data/analytics to measure the impact of your work and then use it to iterate based on its impact
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with A/B testing, and an ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g.HubSpot)
  • Growth marketing skill set: Experience designing top-of-funnel campaigns across multiple channels -email, web, paid, etc. Experience supporting inbound and outbound sales efforts, owning an ad budget, and establishing marketing analytics
  • Familiarity with the creative development process including writing strategic creative briefs and delivering clear direction and feedback
  • Strong writing skills with the proven ability to craft effective case studies, blog posts, press releases, or website content
  • Clearly and professionally conveys thoughts and ideas to internal and external audiences
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and work collaboratively across marketing teams and functions
  • A team collaborator who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and a problem solver that keeps the end goal in focus
  • Subject matter experience within IT, DevOps, and Cybersecurity a plus
